MELBOURNELIFE: 2nd Chapter

It's already midsemester. First assignments for all subjects due this week. I finished two projects this week. Still need to finish assessment on Water issue in Toowomba for next week. Heritage project on Dockland must finish soon. Priority!!

Two weeks break, should do some works for second assignment? probably yes especially for child care issue. It's a bit hard, but I think it will be very useful for my country especially women if I can learn about this better than I do now. Hmm...I think I need time, but at least I already 'master' issues on public sector management. It will be a very 'warm' discussion with my lovely husband. I think he need to take this subject next semester, hmm may be not take just sit in the lecture. I am happy he prepare well for next semester. probably next semester will be busiest time for us? There are many fieldwork I guess.

I must prepare also for conference in Bangkok. That's the greatest thing this year, no..after DAJA Awards of course. Going home pick up my family!!! see my garden. The bougenvilles probably have bloomed? Is 'Mba' take care of it properly? I hope so. How is the pond? Are my children still play there? Mangga, Cereme, nangka, rambutan, are they grow as quick as my children. They grow sooo fast, talk so clearly about themselves, ask many thing about me, about their father. I can't imagine how big they are when I meet them when I am home. Melbourne - Bangkok - Jakarta. Soon!!! Then back directly to Melbourne or should fly to Darwin and travel along the East Coast of Australia. Visit Mia in Townsville than take train to Ibu Norma and Bapak gerrys' house? Are the children happy to take such far distances?

So many plan to do. If I have more than 24 hours a day. Mia and her fiancee will visit this month, I hope to heard about their wedding plan. But probably I must wait until she finish her PhD, probably this september. I hope she do well for her disertation, seem very difficult though. Can't wait to go to her wedding. Can't wait to see Ibu and bapak. They want me visit them with my children, and they want the children stay with them after several days, while my husband and I travel for another honeymoon. It's funny that Ibu said that than she was laughing...so lovely. It seems very lovely to stay in a country side, look after orchid and animals. They have lamb, my children will very happy to play with them I guess. Can't wait until the end of this semester.

So happy to prepare many activities with our beloved people. But back to priority. Probably better to finish final assignments earlier. Because may be I'll need time for voluntery work. Great experience to have such opportunity. I forget one, I'll need time in October for IAI, promise to Helen for textile exhibition in Melbourne Museum. And biking plan...Another thing, UMDevs person invite for going to refugee detention center. Soo tempting to go. I hope I can make it. How about Catrina invitation for dinner. She is going to leave for Cambridge at the end of September. Should go for her dinner, she is a very nice friend. But I can't make it at the same time with UMDevs dinner. Must choose one. Huh...sad to do so, but probably Catrina is more important. I won't meet her for some years later I guess, accept if she back to geelong to visit her family. Very intelligent girl, can go for Law in Cambridge Uni, although in class she is a bit naughty "I am addicted to gossip magazine. Are there any in indonesia". "Sure, you can buy all" huahahaha... we were laughing...

It gets warmer, and warmer. Spring is coming, new leaves appears, times for picture. Photograph. Winter goes. At least I went to Mt BUller to see snow in Melbourne. But may be snow in Japan is better. My lecture paul said so, I believe in him because he lives there longer.
Spring and garden and Yarra River. Will be very nice for biking along the bank. I think I should prepare to buy small bike for my children, but need to wait for discount. Save some money!!!!
Massive winter sale started, need to buy children winter stuff, but they grow so fast, so I bought bigger cloths for both of them. I hope it still OK for next winter.

My second chapter in Melbourne. Almost finish. I hope I learn a lot of things useful for my life, for my family and for my people. I prepare the third chapter, earlier. Because it is probably will mess up if I don't prepare well, too busy toobusy I complain. But I will say, being busy is the best time to do many things. It's true.
